Ok11 Terms & Conditions

1 General Terms

Ok11 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service platform operated primarily for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ok11 and the user.

By accessing ok11 through our website, mobile app, or any other channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Scope of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all ok11 services, bonuses, promotions, payments, and technical systems. ok11's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are also considered part of this agreement.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account with ok11. ok11 reserves the right to modify eligibility requirements at any time.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 or older to register on ok11. ok11 may request proof of age at any time. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering, and any such account will be closed immediately upon detection.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one account on ok11. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration is mandatory.
• Multiple accounts cannot be created using the same mobile number or email address.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address is prohibited.
• Using the same payment method (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) across multiple accounts is prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Ok11 follows internationally recognized KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. Identity verification (NID/passport) may be required before processing withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount. All submitted information is stored securely.

3 Account Management

Keeping your ok11 account secure is your responsibility. Keep your password and login credentials confidential and never share them with anyone.

• Report any suspicious activity on your account to ok11 support immediately.
• Sharing your account with or allowing another person to use it is strictly prohibited.
• Ok11 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from using the platform on another person's device without logging out.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account information up to date.

Account Suspension & Termination

Ok11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity is found.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Evidence of bonus system abuse.
• If your account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ok11 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are currently supported via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2 to 5 minutes.
• There are no additional charges for deposits.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your name.
• The use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the wagering requirements attached to a bonus have been met.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Ok11's bonus and promotion offers are specially designed for our users. Please note that each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a Welcome Bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must be made within 7 days of registration and meet the minimum required amount.

Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirements for each bonus will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is accepted.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Only specific games and bet types count toward wagering requirements — details will be specified in each bonus's terms.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Bonus Cancellation Policy

If bonus abuse is detected — including bonus arbitrage or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — ok11 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.

6 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on ok11, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set individually for each event.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ok11 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match or event is abandoned or suspended, bet outcomes will be determined in accordance with ok11's policy.
• If a connection is lost during live betting, the bet will be settled based on its state at the time of disconnection.
• Bets confirmed before an odds change will not be affected by the updated odds.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ok11. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Using ok11 for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate ok11's software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to complete KYC using false information.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of a match or game.

8 Responsible Gaming

Ok11 believes gaming should be a source of fun — not a means of income. We are committed to the mental and financial well-being of all our users.

• Users can set their own daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits.
• The self-exclusion option allows you to temporarily close your account for a set period.
• If signs of gaming addiction are detected, the ok11 support team will provide guidance and refer users to professional help.
• Ok11 actively works to prevent access by minors.

9 Limitation of Liability

Ok11 is committed to delivering the highest quality of service; however, ok11's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• If any loss occurs due to an internet disconnection or a problem with the user's device.
• Transactions that are delayed or unsuccessful due to issues with a third-party payment provider.
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• If a user's login credentials are stolen or disclosed to another party.
• If service is interrupted due to a natural disaster or any other circumstances beyond ok11's control.

10 Changes & Cancellations

Ok11 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes in advance via email or in-app notification.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not wish to accept the updated terms, you may request that your account be closed.
• Ok11 reserves the right to discontinue any service or feature without prior notice.
